Oversized heavy mining tooth adapter for V61 GET system, welded onto ultra-large mining excavator bucket front lip. It is the core load-bearing base of V61 casting tooth, undertaking extreme heavy impact and continuous ore abrasion transferred from bucket teeth during open pit mining and large-scale quarry rock excavation. Ultra-thick structure protects expensive bucket main plate from deformation and wear, exclusive matched V61RY heavy casting tooth point.

Performance Features

Super thickened integral high strength alloy steel casting, full multi-stage deep heat treatment to achieve supreme anti-impact toughness against heavy rock impact. Oversized welding base with reinforced transition rib prevents welding tearing under long-time heavy load, precision large internal dovetail slot tightly locks V61 casting tooth, eliminate tooth shake and pin damage. Strict full-size and hardness calibration for every finished adapter.

Installation & Compatibility

Weld-on permanent mounting structure, requires professional welding process on ultra-large mining bucket lip. Exclusively matched with 598-HTS2810-000 V61RY casting tooth and supporting large-size lock pins/retainers. Suitable for brand-new mining bucket manufacturing and overhaul maintenance of large mine equipment.
