It bears lateral cutting friction and side impact during rock excavation, side slope trimming and ore loading, protecting bucket side plates from direct abrasion and collision damage, meanwhile improving bucket side cutting efficiency for hard soil and rock layers. Widely matched with large CAT mining excavator buckets equipped with V61 tooth system.

Thickened high-alloy wear-resistant casting with full heat treatment, balancing lateral cutting edge hardness and base anti-impact toughness. Reinforced thickened welding base structure avoids cracking under lateral impact load; widened cutting edge design extends service life during long-term side scraping work.
