V61SD belongs to ESCO classic SUPER V GET wear-resistant component system, classified as heavy-duty rock chisel bucket tooth. It is specially developed for severe rock excavation, quarry blasting stone shoveling, hard stratum tunneling and mine raw ore loading working conditions for large excavators and heavy wheel loaders. As the front sacrificial wear part of the bucket assembly, it bears huge instantaneous impact load and long-term high-strength abrasive erosion from sharp rock fragments, effectively protecting bucket lip plates and matched V61 series adapters from impact deformation and premature wear, greatly reducing bucket maintenance frequency and comprehensive operation cost for open-pit mines, quarries and large stone processing yards.
Adopts high-toughness high-manganese alloy steel lost wax precision casting, matched with segmented gradient quenching & low-temperature tempering integrated heat treatment technology. The elongated chisel-shaped tooth tip optimizes rock penetration capacity, while the thickened integrated tooth root structure effectively improves anti-fracture performance under strong impact load. The tooth surface hardness reaches 48-52 HRC with impact toughness above 17J, balancing long-term wear resistance and structural anti-cracking property. Standard SUPER V dovetail structure achieves zero-clearance matching with supporting V61 adapters, avoiding tooth loosening and abnormal wear of lock fittings under long-period severe vibration during rock operation. Each finished product is inspected via raw material spectrum detection, hardness sampling test and full dimensional calibration to ensure stable batch quality consistency.
Adopts flexible pin locking structure, fully matched with V61PN lock pin and supporting retainer clips as standard fasteners. It is completely interchangeable with original ESCO V61SD genuine parts without any modification to the original bucket structure. Field disassembly and replacement can be finished with conventional maintenance tools, effectively shortening equipment downtime during mine operation peak periods.
Produced strictly in accordance with ISO 9001 international quality management system on automatic precision casting production lines. All bucket teeth pass 100% ultrasonic non-destructive flaw detection to eliminate internal casting defects including pores, shrinkage cavities and hidden cracks.
