This ripper tip is matched to the R300 specification, specially designed for CAT D4 bulldozer models including 963, 12, 14 versions. It is installed on the bulldozer ripper shank as the front working wear component, mainly applied for breaking compacted hard soil, frozen ground, soft bedrock and hardened ground layers in road construction, land leveling and small open-pit stripping operations. It bears concentrated impact force and continuous abrasive friction during ripping work, serving as a sacrificial wearing part to protect the high-cost ripper shank structure and reduce the overall maintenance expense of the bulldozer ripper assembly.

Made of high-tensile wear-resistant alloy steel with integrated casting and multi-stage quenching & tempering heat treatment. The sharp tapered tip realizes efficient ground penetration, while the thick main body and reinforced root structure effectively resist impact fracture and bending deformation under periodic ripping loads. Strict dimensional tolerance control ensures precise matching with the original installation interface of CAT D4 ripper assembly. All raw materials are inspected with hardness testing and dimensional calibration to keep stable quality among production batches.

Installation & Compatibility

Adopts pin-on fixed installation mode, perfectly compatible with CAT D4 (963-12-14) bulldozer ripper assemblies and matched standard lock pins and retainers. Operators can finish single ripper tip replacement quickly on the construction site with conventional maintenance tools without modifying the original ripper structure.
